Speaking
My Philosophy
I believe that relationships are at the heart of effective speaking. I aim to create a space where participants feel welcomed, seen, and comfortable engaging in honest conversations. By showing up with authenticity, vulnerability, and curiosity, my hope is that every presentation feels less like a lecture and more like a meaningful conversation that inspires learning and growth.
No two audiences are the same, so no two presentations should be either. Before developing a training, I take time to understand the unique needs, goals, and experiences of my audience/the organization so that every session feels relevant, practical, and tailored to the people in the room. I also believe in the power of story telling as stories have a unique way of bringing ideas to life. By weaving research together with real-world anecdotes and experiences, I strive to create presentations that are engaging, memorable, and immediately applicable.
